First, we work to understand our clients’ businesses—their workflows, people, cultures, and goals—and then we discuss the types of technology available to fit their needs. 

In some cases, we may recommend a process change because this is in the client’s best interest. At all times, our goal is to deploy and manage a solution that positively impacts our clients’ employees, communities, and end customers.

  • Maybe you’ve already guessed, but we’re already enjoying the first phase of the framework. The fact that you’re here, getting to know us, is a great first step. The next component is setting up our first sales call (so go ahead, fill out that contact form!).
  • Once you’re a customer, we’ll come back to “Connect” for new project ideas.

Question

  • At the Question phase, we’re participating in discovery calls to learn about your business, the processes you hope to improve, your users’ needs, and your ideas on the technology you’d like to implement (the heart of our PPT philosophy).   
  • All projects will involve this Question phase. It’s during these conversations that we’ll map out your needs for the rest of the delivery framework. Some customers need more, some less.

Build

  • Think of the Build phase as project scoping. This is where we’ll map out budget, statements of work, and additional pre-sales documentation to ensure a smooth project rollout. We’ll establish roles and responsibilities for our teams (and any additional partners), and set the precedent for clear and consistent communication. 
  • All projects leverage the Build phase. We know that effective technology purchases are dependent on a wide variety of factors and interdependencies. We take all of this into account when we map out the scope of your engagement. Some customers will have a lengthy scoping process, while others will be simple and quick.

Deploy

  • During the Deploy phase we leverage our suite of GoLive Services™ to, you guessed it, deploy the solution.
  • In the case of our mobile technology rollouts, this is the phase where we stage, charge, connect, configure, test, kit, and ship devices. With our ELD solutions, we also install in vehicles during this stage. 
  • IT and operations will appreciate having all device data (serial numbers, service contracts, location, connectivity) tracked within our BOS™ platform. 
  • In our data capture rollouts, this is the phase during which we implement infrastructure hardware and activate the solution.

Run

  • The Run phase is how we support your solution. It’s during this phase that we leverage our suite of StayLive Services™ to make sure your users don’t experience any downtime in the case of a hardware failure, application issue, or missing device. 
  • In the case of our mobile technology rollouts, this is the phase where we can become your 24/7 help desk (levels 1 and 2) and support structure.
  • At this stage, we’ll use our BOS platform to issue RMAs and repairs. You’ll be able to track all device movements and send out spares. We’ll leverage MDM and EMM so devices stay secured.

Explore

  • This stage is also where our relationship really blossoms. We’ll meet during Barcoding Business Reviews (set on your schedule) to discuss your account’s specific data pulled from BOS and other systems
  • We’ll look for opportunities to be proactive and for places to save money. We’ll also introduce ideas for improving user productivity, review site-by-site data, and talk about shortening the process of root cause analysis
  • Often mobile devices are in various stages of life. In Explore, we may begin to discuss upgrade options, security patching, and end-of-life planning for the old devices, their contracts, and MDM licenses
  • During the BBRs, we’ll also bring up new ideas that we think could specifically help your company.

Grow

During this phase, we’re looking to expand data capture and mobility into more areas of your company. Ideally, we move forward with a new idea from a BBR, and we start the process all over again. Three cheers for continuous improvement!
