YOU NEED A SOLID PARTNER

Enterprise Implementation is More than Just Software

The world changed in 2020. The pressures on supply chains, and the people who run them, are greater than ever before.

When a company decides to invest in an enterprise software implementation, this pressure only increases on the teams of people responsible.

This is why you need a solid partner.

Barcoding is here to support your enterprise implementations with the right data capture infrastructure and enabling technology. To us, a solution is never just a piece of hardware.

We bring together the right strategic assessments, tagging, hardware, accessories, supplies, and managed services to achieve your desired outcomes with your enterprise implementation.

Build a Solid Foundation for Your Enterprise Software Implementation

When it comes to enterprise implementations, our years of experience have taught us a few valuable lessons:

  • Focus on process improvements that will be necessary to have success with the enterprise implementation. Crawl first, then walk and run
  • Focus on your users. Technology is only impactful if people are willing to use it. Get buy-in from cross-functional collaborative teams early and often
  • Finding a good partner is a must. There is quite a lot of additional technology infrastructure needed to achieve a successful enterprise implementation

Compliance and Standards

Because of our industry leadership, many companies reach out to us for help with their compliance initiatives. We’ve worked in many different industries, helping companies standardize on a common business language and meet their trading partners’ objectives.

Providing (and utilizing) clear standards for identification enables the supply chain to be more accurate, efficient, and connected. Compliance is one way to ensure that.

In the supply chain, we add value by adding activities that make our customers’ experiences better. Examples include customer compliant labeling, serial shipping container codes (SSCC’s) and ASN’s / EDI. Standards reduce friction in the supply chain, increasing product velocity and reducing costs. The more data that is shared, the more money that is saved—and the better the experience.
