We are pleased and excited to welcome two new members to our team! Alex Teodosio, our new Chief Human Resources Officer brings over 20 years of experience and a myriad of award-winning experiences. Theresa Mondelli, our new National Account Manager at Barcoding-Canada, excels at relationship-building with clients and has 27 years of experience in the supply chain and automation industry.

Alex has over 20 years of experience when it comes to creating an engaging and dynamic work environment. Previously, the HR team Alex led at Navigate360 was honored to be recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business with the Overall Excellence in Human Resources Team Award.  Navigate360 was also a nationally certified “Great Place to Work” and recognized for the past three years by the Employers Resource Council with the NorthCoast99 Award for being one of the top 99 places to work in Northeast Ohio.

As Barcoding has always been adamant about our Process, People, Technology (PPT) approach, Alex will be an excellent addition to the team to help our staff navigate professional hurdles and challenges. We look forward to his guidance and leadership.
