This Week’s Video
The data on your devices matters to you and your business, so make sure it is protected and prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. Samsung Knox is an integrated suite of security features that protects sensitive data on a Knox-enabled device for both enterprise and consumers. With Knox, your data is protected by both hardware and software features that satisfy five principles of security.

The first principle is software integrity. This ensures that the software on your device is only coming from trusted, unchanged sources. Knox can detect if modifications are made and prevent unauthorized changes with secure boot, real-time kernel protection, and more. Extra privilege to your data and peripherals can create a hole for attackers to climb into. So, least privilege, the second principle, confirms that each feature on your device only has the minimum information privilege necessary for its job. Data storage protection and network protection each provide encryption so that private data like emails and photos and enterprise networks are only accessible by trusted sources. Finally, data isolation with Knox Workspace creates a secure container for your data that isolated from the rest of your device’s software. This way, only apps within the workspace can access data and your private data is kept separate.

By protecting your data from attacks, you can trust your device and be efficient, accurate, and connected.
