Papa John’s Uses QR Codes for Customer Feedback

Just when you were thinking QR codes were so two years ago, Papa John’s recently announced the launch of a new QR code campaign designed to help customers provide feedback more conveniently.

It’s hoped that with more feedback, Papa John’s will be able to better understand customer experience when ordering online and at delivery. Additionally, Papa Johns will receive feedback in real time, so that franchises and Papa John’s head office will be able to view feedback and analyze measurements as they are submitted.

From now on, the QR codes will be atop all pizza boxes in the United Kingdom, allowing customers to quickly and easily share their thoughts on the pizza and service received via mobile device.
