We have faced challenging times before, but as as the world becomes more complex , the demands of our customers become bigger, and we are required to have better visibility into our processes.
In 2019, we embarked on a study to understand the opportunities that rugged mobile technology has afforded us and how industry leaders are navigating the various challenges of supporting a complex ecosystem of devices.
We took our team of experts on the road and met with #SupplyChainGeeks across the U.S. and Canada to have a conversation about the challenges and opportunities they face in adopting new technology, from the devices they chose to how they handle change management inside their organizations.
