Barcoding, Inc. Expands into Southwest US with Danforth Systems Acquisition
We recently announced our acquisition of Danforth Systems LLC. This innovative mobility solution provider based in Houston, Texas, will reinforce Barcoding, Inc.’s position a top system integrator and strengthen its RFID offerings.
Known for its RFID inventory tracking and barcode scanner technology, Danforth Systems counts among their clients companies across a diverse range of industries including retail, logistics, healthcare, and government. They offer customized mobile apps and consulting services. Since their founding in 1988, Danforth has been known for their forward thinking and expertise, with a core team has more than 60 years of experience.
Our President, Shane Snyder, said that this was a strategic acquisition that would help better support our clients in Texas and serve as a great base from which to expand. He praised Danforth Systems’ integrity and reputation.
