The Fine Print:

By submitting the form, you are registering for the Barcoding Visionaries program and the Barcoding Visionaries Summit (BVS) in Baltimore, MD Nov 1-3. You are registering on behalf of your company who agrees to send at least one delegate to BVS. You agree that your company will pay a cancellation fee of $500 if the company cancels all participation in the Barcoding Visionaries and BVS on or after Oct. 20, 2023. You agree that your company will not disclose any confidential information you hear at BVS or as part of the Barcoding Visionaries program.

By submitting the form, you are agreeing to receive email, mail, and other forms of communication from Barcoding and from our partner community. 

By submitting the form, you agree to the following event release terms:

  • I hereby grant Barcoding, Inc. and associated companies and brands, on behalf of myself, the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record me in connection with The Event and to use the photograph and/or recording for promotional purposes.

  • I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording, and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.

  • I hereby authorize Barcoding, Inc., and its associate companies and brands, to edit, change, copy, and make any use of all photographs and videos of me to be used for promotional materials.

  • I authorize the use of my photograph and videos for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purposes.

  • Upon the usage of my photographs and videos, I consent to such materials becoming the sole property of Barcoding, Inc., and its associated companies and brands, and that I will no longer be entitled to them, provided that it is done for lawful purposes.

  • I hereby release all rights to any, but not limited to, claims, rights, demands, and/or any causes of action by me or my representatives, heirs or anyone else.

  • I agree that Barcoding, Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy towards unauthorized drug usage, carrying at the venue, and any type of behavior that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. Barcoding, Inc. has the right to terminate attendee participation at any time based on the company's discretion and the above policy.
