Rental2Go Rental Program

Barcoding Inc. has been a leading source of hardware, software, and services for more than 10 years. Now we are aiming to become a leader of equipment rentals. It is our goal to make the rental process easy and beneficial.

We also realize that a unit alone is not worth much without software. For this reason we are including CaptureSoft eXpress applications included with all rentals. Finally, we wrap it all together with our famous service and support to give you the most inclusive rental program available. We are sure our Rental2Go program will exceed your expectations.

What is Included with Rental2Go

The Requested Rental Unit
We currently offer the Motorola MC70 and MC75 mobile computers for rental applications. The device includes all related hardware and accessories needed to operate, including:

  • Cradle Cord
  • Power Source/Cord
  • USB Cord

Services
When you rent from Barcoding Inc. you will also receive our industry leading support and service during your rental period. Your rental device will be appropriately configured to your requirements before being sent to you and we will provide service as needed.

Terms and Conditions

Rental Agreement Duration
Currently we are offering rental options for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1, 2, 3 years or longer. The minimum agreement is one device for one month.

Hardware Restrictions
At this time we are offering two devices for rental uses: the Motorola MC70 and the Motorola MC75. More devices will become available on an ongoing basis, so please contact Barcoding for a current list of rental devices.

Pricing information can be provided to you by a Barcoding Inc. sales rep. Discounts and special offers may be available for large rental agreements. Please call for more information at 888.412.7226.

How to Get Started

Renting equipment from Barcoding Inc. is easy. The first step is to contact us. A Barcoding representative will be able to give you pricing information and assess your individual requirements. If everything is agreeable at this point a rental contract will be provided to you. Once we have the signed rental contract we will configure the devices to your needs and send them out.
