| WEDGEWARE Pro software monitors and collects characters from user-specified sources and converts the streaming data into simulated keystrokes that the currently active application can efficiently input. It extends traditional wedge data collection capabilities by using the Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting Edition engine to massage the data and transfer information to ActiveX and Object Linking Embedding (OLE) automation compliant objects. This enables users to define sophisticated processing scripts to send collected information to most Windows software including Word and Excel. Since it is OLE Automation compliant users can control and send information to the WEDGEWARE Pro software from within their own programs. |
