The Intermec EasyCoder 4420 is a heavy-duty Direct Thermal-Thermal Transfer Bar Code Printer that performs nonstop delivering fast reliable printing at an economical price. With its continuous duty cycle the 4420 is great for high volume round-the-clock printing in harsh industrial environments. With 32-bit RISC processing and selectable print speeds up to 20.32 cm (8in) per second the 4420 is fast in image formatting and time-to-first print. The 203 dpi resolution of the 4420 gives you the quality you need for a variety of 112 mm (4.4in) labeling applications. Intermec's exclusive PrecisionPrint technology allows the 4420 to keep the printed image within the tightest tolerance whether printing in batch or on demand operation. Labels that are odd shaped small or preprinted are no problem with this proven technology. You can tailor the 4420 to suit your organization's needs with such options as full batch take up with auto peel heavy-duty cutter-tray internal IBM Coax and Twinax adapters and internal Ethernet interface. IPL compatible the 4420 with IPL3 is backward compatible with earlier Intermec printers and offers bi-directional parallel and high speed RS-323 communications interfaces.
