Barcoding Inc. Hires Shane Snyder as New VP of Sales

Baltimore, Md. – July 14, 2010 – Barcoding Inc., a leader in enterprise-wide mobility solutions, today announced the hiring of Shane Snyder as vice president of sales. In this position, Snyder will lead Barcoding’s national sales force while developing sales and marketing strategies for the company’s innovative mobile data capture and radio-frequency identification (RFID) solutions.

With over 20 years of success in sales management, Snyder joins Barcoding with a strong track record in the workforce management, consulting, and decision support sectors. Before coming to Barcoding, Snyder founded Work Confident, which offers employee life cycle management solutions to emerging small companies and established mid-sized companies throughout the mid-Atlantic. Previously, Snyder served as executive vice president of sales for Catalyst IT Services, where he built a new sales team that substantially increased revenue.

Snyder began his career in 1986 as a sales representative at Kronos Inc. and became the firm’s national director of sales of the Labor Analytics division in 2001. In this position, Snyder helped Kronos achieve triple digit growth in revenue and customer base. Snyder holds a bachelor of science/bachelor of arts in accounting and a master of information science from Bucknell University.
