Barcoding Inc. Acquires Turn 2 Technologies

Acquisition will open Barcoding’s thirteenth office within the United States

Baltimore, MD – October 9th, 2006 –Barcoding Incorporated announced today the acquisition of Turn 2 Technologies based in Boston Massachusetts. This latest acquisition comes just two months after Barcoding acquired Acuity ID, an RFID integration company.

Barcoding’s acquisition of Turn 2 technologies, a systems integrator of automated data collection solutions, adds to the service and support Barcoding is able to bring to the New England area. Turn 2’s employees will remain in Massachusetts, creating Barcoding’s thirteenth office nationwide.

The Massachusetts office, located in North Andover, about 30 miles north of Boston, will be managed by Fred Oliveri, an expert in the field of automated data collection. Mr. Oliveri joins Barcoding with 15 years experience selling supply chain and wireless technology solutions to various markets in the Northeast; these markets range from manufacturing to distribution, public safety, and the retail supply chain.
