How to migrate your products
If you're looking to upgrade your products, there are quire a few ways of upgrading your existing Norand equipment without breaking the bank:
- Migrate in stages - this takes quite a bit of coordination as the new and old equipment run on separate network standards, you'll have to upgrade your wireless network without shutting down your old one, at the same time you can install new equipment in certain areas first and then migrate additional sections at set periods over time
- Take advantage of Manufacturer Rebates & Buybacks - Many manufacturers, including Intermec offer periodic buy-backs and rebates on replacing old equipment. These are often publicized only through the reseller community - contact Barcoding Inc. to see if there are any active rebates and/or buy-backs occuring today.
- Stage & Kit new product installs - By working with an integrator such as Barcoding Inc., your products can be staged, kitted, and delivered to you for installation - all with the proper software programs installed, and network configurations set.
