Recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal, Barcoding was ranked 22nd among the 50 fastest growing privately held firms. Barcoding Inc. also placed number 47 on the Baltimore Business Journal’s list of the 50 largest private firms in the Baltimore area, one of only nine area companies to make both lists. Rankings for the 50 fastest growing privately held firms were based on revenue growth from 2005-2006. The top 50 was made up of privately held firms either headquartered or having a strong presence in the Baltimore area. To qualify, a company must have had a minimum of $100,000 in 2006 revenues and been in business for at least two full years.
