The easy-to-install RX2 vehicle-mounted RFID reader is ideal for standard RFID-based forklift pallet move applications such as shipping, receiving, picking and put-aways where EPC RFID-based identification of pallet loads and locations are used.

The RX2 will read EPC Class 0, Class 1 and C1G2 (Gen2) tags. The ultra-rugged RX2, designed to operate on the business end of a lift truck, comes with a simple mounting solution that requires no permanent lift modifications or lift downtime for installation.

Powerful and versatile, yet simple

The Windows CE OS and an 802.11 radio come standard on the RX2. And, with supporting APIs, an embedded FTP server, TCP/IP networking, and a sample RFID Tag logging application, RFID data can be easily integrated into logistics applications, whether batch, real-time, client/server or .NET Compact Framework based solutions. Best of all, the RX2 is practically maintenance free.
