CaptureSoft Service Call - Release Notes

Service Call has been upgraded to resolve recently identified performance issues and provide the new enhancements briefly described below:

REGISTRATION PROCESS
In the previous version of Service Call, 4.0.6, we found that the handheld application was not always recognizing that registration had been completed. As a result, it prompted the user to complete a sync to register. This has been fixed.
WINDOWS MOBILE

Customer History now properly displays items.

General fixes for Job Time have been addressed and corrected.
Customer History is now displayed for all customers that have scheduled appointments for TODAY's date and TOMORROW's date only. For those customers, the past three years of invoices will be synchronized.
SERVICE CALL CONFIGURATOR

When selecting the Payment Settings for integration with QuickBooks, Undeposited Funds is now supported. Previously, a Checking account into which funds would be deposited had to be selected.
