CaptureSoft™ Service Call - Release Notes
Versions 3.0.18
In October 2005, Service Call Version 3.0.18 was released. This release contains many enhancements, as described below:

On the Pocket PC, the Appointments screen now contains an Estimate column which will enable the Technician to distinguish Appointments from Estimates. In addition, Technicians can filter the appointments to display estimates only. |
| SCHEDULER |
 |
Workorder Items are now linked to Recurring Appointments. |

The Customer can now search for Appointments by Customer, Technician, or Date Range by tapping on Search located next to the Help and About buttons. This will launch a new Appointment Search screen, which will display a list of up to 100 appointments based on the filter parameters entered and will include not only the Date for the appointment, but the Start and End Times as well. |

When a Technician is deactivated or deleted in the QuickBooks Company File, any appointments that were assigned to him will need to be reassigned to another Technician. This can be accomplished from the Options screen, which will display the number of appointments that need to be reassigned and will provide a combo box for selecting a Technician. |

From the Weekly View calendar, the Customer can now drag and drop appointments to another day of the week. |

Right and Left Arrows have been added to the Workorder screen, which provide another method to add or remove items. |
| GATEKEEPER |
 |
When the Customer selects a pending invoice or estimate to View/Edit, the Appointment Notes that were entered in Scheduler can now be seen. By displaying both the Appointment Notes and the Invoice Notes, Management will be able to confirm that the service requested was, in fact, completed. |

When printing an invoice or estimate from Gatekeeper, the Print Invoice window was previously displayed behind the Review Invoice Payments screen and so it appeared as if the print process failed. The Print Invoice screen now appears in front of the Review Invoice Payments screen to show print initialization and is followed by the Page Setup screen. |

When printing an invoice or estimate from Gatekeeper, the individual line that contains payment information is now identified. |
