CaptureSoft Service Call - Release Notes

Versions 3.0.13 - 3.0.15

Since releasing the new wireless version in July 2005, Service Call has been upgraded to resolve recently identified performance issues and provide the new enhancements briefly described below:

SCHEDULER

Changes made to Customer Information, using the View/Edit option, are now being saved.

Changed and deleted appointments are no longer reverting back to original entries.

You can now successfully change an existing, non-recurring appointment to recurring.

GATEKEEPER
Invoices for new customers are now displaying Bill To information properly instead of the Street Address twice.
Customers are no longer being deleted when customer changes are disapproved and deleted from Gatekeeper. In addition, appointments for these customers are no longer being deleted from Scheduler.
SERVICE CALL

Signatures are now being captured properly after tapping on the Signature button.

SYNCHRONIZATION

Only two weeks of future appointments will now be synced to the handheld. This change was made due to the lengthy import time being experienced by some customers.
